Building Steps
Once you have your proposal written and posted in the forums, the on-chain proposal submission process is super easy. All the steps are listed below, please take the time to go through each carefully. Your opportunity begins here.
Step 1: Learn Zenon
Learn everything Zenon, starting with the Mission, Phase 1, Roles, the Library and the SYRIUS wallet.

Step 2: Pick a Project
Explore the various projects vetted by the HyperCore and HyperGrowth communities. Feel free to also explore new ideas and propose them.

Step 3: Study Submissions
You can learn a lot from approved and rejected proposals. Go through submitted proposal submissions in the forums.

Step 4: Introduce Yourself
Introduce yourself, highlight your skills and make friends in the community.

Step 5: Copy the Template
The community created a proposal submission format to copy and follow.

Step 6: Post Your Proposal
Post your proposal in the Accelerator-Z forum category. You'll gather feedback from the community that'll perhaps help you adjust your proposal before you submit it on-chain.

Step 7: Submit On-Chain
Use the SYRIUS wallet to submit your proposal on-chain. The submission requires a project name, description, URL (preferably to the forum post from step 6 above), and requested total budget. The max budget permitted per proposal is listed below. Proposals can be split into multiple submissions if they require larger budgets.
Max ZNN per Proposal
5,000 ZNN
Max QSR per Proposal
50,000 QSR
You'll need some ZNN and QSR to fuse to your address in order to submit the transaction on-chain.

Step 8: Promote
Make relevant social channels aware of your proposal by posting your submission.

Step 9: Message Us
Follow and DM the @ZenonOrg handle on Twitter with your submission. We operate 4 pillars (4 votes) in our fleet, and could help promote your submission if we're supportive.

Step 10: Timed Voting
Once your proposal is submitted, Pillars have a 2-week period to vote on the proposal (yes, no or abstain). A proposal requires quorum to be met for it to be accepted, this involves having >33% total Pillar casting a vote with >50% of these votes being "yes".

Step 11: Submit Phase
Once your work is delivered, you can submit a phase using the SYRIUS wallet, to request payment. We typically recommend to submit the phase once the community has approved the delivery. Keep them up to date in your forum thread.

Step 12: Untimed Voting
Once the phase is submitted on-chain, another vote is triggered (with no timeframe) for Pillars to review the work and accept or reject the phase. If quorum is reached on this vote, the funds are automatically released to your wallet address.
